Terms of Service
These terms cover your use of Winner Winner at winnerwinner.games, including hosting games on a screen and playing from a phone. By hosting or joining a game, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
The service
Winner Winner is a free website for party games. One screen hosts a game and other people join from their own phones with a room code or QR code. There are no accounts and nothing to install. We may add, change, or remove games and features at any time, and the site may sometimes be unavailable.
Who can play
You must be at least 13 years old to host or join a game on your own. People under 13 may play only with a parent or guardian who has read these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you host a game where people under 13 are playing, you are responsible for supervising it.
Names and conduct
- Pick a nickname, not your full real name. Don't use names that are hateful, sexual, threatening, or that pretend to be someone else.
- The site filters some offensive words, but filters miss things. Hosts can remove a player from their game at any time.
- Don't try to break, overload, cheat, or interfere with the site or other people's games, and don't use bots or scripts to join games.
Hosting in public places
If you show Winner Winner on a screen in a bar, venue, or event, you are responsible for that space, including who plays, how the screen is used, and following the venue's rules and local laws. Games are meant for fun. Please don't tie them to drinking challenges or gambling.
Our content
The games, artwork, names, and code on Winner Winner belong to us. You may play them and show them on a screen during your game. You may not copy, resell, or republish them without our written permission.
No warranty
Winner Winner is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows. We don't promise the site will always work, be error-free, or keep any game or score.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your use of the site. Our total liability for any claim about the site is limited to $50. Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.
Changes
We may update these terms. When we do, we'll change the date at the top. Using the site after an update means you accept the new terms.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
