Privacy Policy
What we collect
- Game details while you play. Your nickname, truck color and style, and in-game score. These are kept in memory on our game server only while the room is open and are deleted when everyone leaves. We don't save them.
- A random device ID and your last truck choices, stored only in your own browser, so you can reconnect if your phone sleeps and don't have to re-pick your truck next time. You can clear it by clearing your browser's site data.
- Game counts. We keep daily totals, like how many games were hosted, how many rounds were played, and how many players joined. These counts contain no names or other details about you.
- Visit statistics. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to see page views and how fast pages load. It does not use cookies or track you across other sites.
- Server logs. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes basic technical information such as IP addresses to deliver and protect the site.
What we don't do
- We don't ask for your email, phone number, real name, or location.
- We don't use advertising cookies or show ads today. If that changes, we'll update this policy first.
- We don't sell or share your personal information.
Who can see your nickname
Your nickname and truck appear on the big screen and on other players' phones in your game. Treat it like a name tag in a public room, and don't use your full real name.
Players under 13
Winner Winner is not meant for people under 13 playing on their own. We don't knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. The only thing a player types is a nickname, which is discarded when the game ends. If you believe someone under 13 shared personal information with us, contact us and we'll help.
Your choices and rights
Because we don't keep personal information after a game ends, there's usually nothing stored to access or delete. If you live in California or another place with privacy rights, you can still contact us with any request and we'll respond.
Service providers
The site runs on Cloudflare (hosting, game servers, security, and web analytics). Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which may see your IP address when the page loads.
Changes
We'll update the date at the top when this policy changes.
